NEW MOON IN SCORPIO MEDITATION AND SOUND BATH

Join Jenn Reno for a Reiki Infused New Moon in Scorpio Meditation and Sound Bath.

During this ceremony we will harness the power of new moon as a collective, invite new intentions and the energy of a fresh start into our lives.

The energy of Scorpio encourages you to look inward, understand your deepest needs, and confront any "shadows" to release what no longer serves you. This lunar phase is an invitation to connect with your inner world and ask for the things you truly desire. 

This ceremony will start with a guided meditation where we will connect deeply to our breath and arrive into the safety of our own bodies. We will make clear what we want to let go of and what we want to call in to help align with our highest selves.Durning the meditation each person will receive reiki energy to further assist on the journey of healing and awakening.

Then gently flowing into the chakra clearing sound bath where you will experience a deeply relaxing journey back to self. The crystal bowls work on a cellular level causing us to respond and resonate with the subtle frequencies and vibrations.

This ceremony is for all, those new and experienced in the practices of meditation and sound baths. No experience is necessary. You will be held in a safe space and guided through the experience.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as yoga attire, bring anything else that will add to your comfort (eye masks, blankets, special pillows).
