It's December 30th and invites us to clear out the old energy and get a head start on 2025...don't blame me it's the Capricorn energy kicking it up a notch!
When the new moon aligns with the grounded and pragmatic energy of Capricorn, it creates a potent cosmic cocktail for goal setting and achievement. Capricorn's influence during this lunar phase encourages you to focus on practical and realistic goals, helping you lay the foundation for long-term success.
You will be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the Crystal Quartz and Tibetan Prayer Bowls. The soothing sounds are perfect to take you into a deep, relaxed state. Sound Baths are wonderful for your self-healing journey. Sound Baths can help you sleep more soundly and definitely over time, can help you manage the way you deal with the everyday stresses of our modern world. The cost is $20 Cash or card at the door. Age is 12 and up. We have yoga mats and blankets to borrow. Bring a pillow!
