NEW MOON IN ARIES VISION BOARD (Saturday Afternoon Workshop)

This session will start with gentle movement, followed by an 11-minute Kundalini yoga meditation, to help you open to the creative flow of the universe. Then we'll watch the magic unfold as we create our own vision boards for the year ahead!

The astrologically potent time of the New Moon in Aries is believed to be the optimal time of year to harness your destiny and manifest your visions. During this window, if we meditate on and visualize what we want most, the universe will be aligned to hear and deliver.

You’ll be amazed by how these visions unfold and manifest in your life.

Poster board, glue sticks, and markers will be provided, as well as a few magazines. Please bring the following additional supplies:

• Scissors, if possible (we will have some available for use)

• Magazines/pictures/words that remind you of your vision, especially images and concepts that spark joy and lift your vibration.
