Join us for a powerful moment of renewal and intention under the New Moon in Aries—a time of bold beginnings, courage, and aligned action.

This immersive sound bath experience is designed to help you reset your energy, release what no longer serves you, and ignite fresh momentum in your life. Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, carries the energy of initiation, independence, and inner fire. Combined with the New Moon—a potent phase for planting seeds—this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your purpose and set clear, heart-centered intentions.

You’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation through soothing sound frequencies created by crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. As your mind quiets and your body softens, these healing sounds work on a cellular level to restore balance, clear energetic blocks, and support emotional clarity.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

✨ What to Bring:
Yoga mats, blankets, and small pillows will be provided. You’re welcome to bring any additional comforts (a favorite blanket, eye mask, or cushion) to create your own cozy cocoon.

In the spirit of dāna (generosity)—a core teaching of the Buddha—this soundbath is offered without a set fee so that it remains accessible to everyone. No one will ever be turned away for financial reasons.

At the same time, we are now hosting our gatherings at a new location, The Guild of the Vale, and we are responsible for covering the rental cost of the space. Your donations directly support this offering and help us continue creating a welcoming, nourishing space for our community. Info: Lay back and soak-in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and more. Allow your body, mind, and soul to transcend into bliss!

Info: You will be carefully brought back into your body and will be guided through after care recommendations before heading home for a relaxing evening.
