New Moon Gentle Yoga & Soundbath

This is our last New Moon event in this series! We begin the sessions focusing on our goals and setting intentions for the upcoming moon cycle. This is a powerful way to manifest your dreams and help guide your energy towards achieving your goals. Following the intention setting, we will move through a gentle yoga class suitable for beginners to relax the physical body and the mind. The session will end in a deep meditative state submerged in a crystal singing bowl soundbath led by Lisa the owner of SVOUND. Hope to see you there!
