By combining the power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka “tapping” and the stress-relieving practice of Gentle Yoga, you'll embark on a transformative journey towards inner peace and rejuvenation.
Class Highlights:
1. New Moon EFT Tapping: Harness the energy of the new moon as you experience EFT Tapping, a technique that involves gentle tapping on specific energy/meridian points while focusing on your intentions. You will be guided through tapping sequences that help you release old patterns, fears, and doubts that no longer serve you. This clearing process will create space for your new intentions and positive affirmations, aligning you with the power of the new moon’s energy.

2. Gentle Yoga: Indulge in deep relaxation through gentle yoga postures. These poses are carefully curated to gently open the body, release tension, and promote a sense of tranquility. Modifications will be made throughout the practice to suit all levels. Each posture will encourage a state of mindfulness and surrender, allowing you to connect with your breath and inner stillness.

3. Intention Setting: The new moon is a potent time for setting intentions. You will be guided through a mindful intention-setting practice. As you combine this practice with EFT tapping and Gentle Yoga, you'll amplify the manifestation power of your intentions. We invite you to bring your journal, or a notebook, to enhance this impactful practice.

4. Guided Meditation: You will be led through a soothing guided meditation that aligns your energy with the energy of your heart and the new moon. This meditation will enhance your connection with your intentions and will leave you with a profound sense of renewal and purpose.
Who Should Attend: This class is open to individuals of all levels, whether you're new to EFT tapping and yoga or are experienced practitioners. If you're seeking to release the past, set new intentions, and cultivate a sense of calm in your life, this class is for you.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, water, journal/notebook, and an open heart.
