- We would like to start by acknowledging Ngāti whatua - the people of the lands we hold our ceremonies on, those on top and under.
And acknowledging the genocide of the people of the land of Palestine and further extend our deepest love, prayers and active commitment for justice and peace to the hearts of all those being massacred in Palestine, We stand for truth, justice and a long lasting peace to all that land with all it's people equally. And so we dedicate our events to the pure intention of ;
* Opening hearts
* Seeing truth
* Speaking truth
* Bringing compassion to self and other
And Expanding awakening from the smallest cells to far far beyond.

On May 7th we enter the New moon portal in Taurus. At this time of the year it is said the veil between worlds is thin. Instead of a blanket obscuring the divine and supernatural, the fabric is loser more transparent gauze. The message is loud and clear: do not fear the unknown. It's a time to envision a version of yourself who remains calm in the face of adversity and knows how to handle any potential challenge.
The theme for this dance is " Showing up " with courage when the veil is thin and reality is at it's most dual and intense. Feeling the fear and doubt, yet still showing up and following the deep knowing and guidance.

Ecstatic dance is a free movement space to allow the inner world to express and release through the body, in form of movement and sound. Free from any mind altering substances, and open to the experience in all its aspects.
It is a pathway to connect with oneself and subsequently with others on a deeper level.

A no judgments nor expectations practice , where benefits are proven to include and not limited to ;

And over the long term, improving connection with others, improving physical health and overall well-being
We have Rana and Jessie in an opening circle to set intentions through natural breath awareness practices. Each new moon portal we have a musician who will take us through a wave journey of frequencies for all of us to connect with the depth of ourselves. We complete our ecstatic dance with a sound journey and meditation with Rana before dropping back into the physical space , observing the inner movements of energetic pulsations and currents. Bringing conscious awareness to the journey of life.
Cycle after cycle we meet
Set intentions
And allow the unfolding from within.

Rana Hamida ( resident Dj )
Is a well established artist that has over 6 years experience in various art forms including music, singing, dance, Somatics and storytelling. In the past year she started sharing her embodied wisdom and expertise with many interested souls who expressed the desire to connect deeper with themselves, unblock, and free their inner space to hear the subtle guidance of their inner guru.
Her anchor is being in surrender to the present moment. And with conscious discipline exploring and Passing stories of somewhere deep within the essence of Now. Releasing the past and singing the future in its folds.
Separation dissolves in the process of remembering our unique flow, to get lost and found in the wonders of our presence.
Over the past 7 years across Oceana ( New Zealand, Australia ) and India, People from all around the world have been experiencing Rana's music as it transforms through various genres such as Progressive trance, full on psytrance and Dark Forest to Folktronica, ethnic deep house and techno - different waves taking her audiences on deep journeys and experiences while also accompanying her dj sets with live vocals. She also has a live experimental band called " Yet Undefined " where musical landscapes are made and shared on the spot.
Join her ecstatic journeys with an ever expanding mind to dissolve the boundaries where we merge into the one within - ever deepening, ever transforming, ever remembering.
