Fall Equinox is a meaningful time of year as we honor the harvest and reflect, shift, balance, and let go of energies which no longer serve us. Fusing the energies of the Equinox with the upcoming New Moon Solar Eclipse, lets review and tap into these areas of opportunity for growth and explore + discover any hidden desires within. Make space to plant and cultivate new seeds of opportunity as we release and let go of stagnant energy in the body in preparation of the upcoming New Year. Seamlessly blending traditional yoga postures with primal movement, cardio intensive dance, and strength & conditioning - Buti is a functional, multidimensional, high-energy movement practice with a somatic emphasis empowering students to strip away the layers that hide this cure and move + shake things out intuitively to the musical beat.
