ARE YOU CALLED TO A MORE FEELING BASED PRACTICE ? Where every movement is a Ceremony and every breath is Sacred? Where every movement not only nourishes your body but also your soul?You are invited to participate in Yana’s monthly Yin Yoga and Nidra New Moon Ceremony to activate the cooling lunar, yin energy, that is responsible for regeneration and rejuvenation.
The new moon is “day zero,” a dark phase in the lunar cycle where we will use our yin yoga practice to help us calm down and turn away from our daily activities towards our calm inner world.
We will end the practice with restorative Yoga Nidra experience - a deep meditative relaxation of your senses, body and mind.
We close our new moon ceremonies with VIBRATIONAL MASSAGE BY HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWLS. Towards the end of Nidra the Tibetan singing bowls are placed on your body while being chimed in order to create varying sounds and vibrations so that vital energy can flow freely aiding you to achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
