Find calm in the chaos of the world. The new moon marks a time of renewal and potential, a perfect opportunity to set fresh intentions and embrace new beginnings. Special guest instructor Aubrey leading Yoga for Restoring Energy Aug 26 (7:30pm) followed by New Moon Ceremony (8:30pm). Both events are donation-based giving.
A New Moon Ceremony allows you to harness the energy of this lunar phase to manifest your desires and dreams. Led by Angelica.
This is donation based event. Consider donation $5-10 for rental of space.
If you feel the desire, you may bring a journal to write in, a yoga mat, and a reusable waterbottle/mug. The studio has plenty of extras for everyone too.
The idea that the moon affects human behavior has been around for centuries. This gathering will include meditative practices, gentle rituals, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
Collectively we will cultivate peace, clarity, and purpose as the moon amplifies our aspirations and dreams. We look forward to sharing this magical experience with you. energy that RSVP is appreciated to ensure we have enough space and materials for everyone.
