This ceremony has served as a platform for many to discover their patterns and learn to sustainably hold space for their own transformation. When we focus on just 1 moon phase we loose momentum through out the month and get lost in day to day life. When we take into account the entire lunar cycle, our patterns and intentions are illuminated, thus helping us maintain and follow through with our goals. This ceremony is labeled “New Moon” because we integrate with lunar phases during the new moon as a starting place. But you will learn the emotional experiencing for the entire month’s lunar phases.
During this ceremony we:
•Learn lunar phase awareness and how the moon relates to our emotions
•Experience guided meditation
•Practice breath and movement
•Curate Intentions through self refection
• Plant seeds for manifestation
• Receive a Crystal to infuse with intentions during the guided meditation.
