New Moon - Candlelit Sound Bath & Yin Followed by a Mystic Market

Join us for a truly unique and magical evening of SELF-WORK + SELF-HEALING!

Learn to move with your body & breath. Embrace your inner spirit in this Candlelit 40-Minute Sound Bath by Christina Ifurung from Kapwa Sound Bath, followed by a 30-minute all-levels Yin style yoga class in a peice of Denver History - the Lumber Baron Mansion's spacious third floor ballroom, that gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s.

Event Details:

• Please arrive at 6:15pm to get checked in and settled in for class.

• Cost: This is a Sliding Scale-based class! $20 - $35.
• Location: Historic Lumber Baron Mansion
• Class Duration: 75 minutes (6:30 PM - 7:45 PM)

6:30 - Class begins with working on our intentions for the New Moon.

6:40 - Christina from Kapwa Sound Bath will take you on a blissful journey of surrender using the alchemy of crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments along with channeled light language. Many of us carry dissonant energy within our bodies/cells. The crystal sound bowls emit resonant vibration which, when it collides with our bodies, creates constructive interference, realigning you to harmony within and creating space and moments to surrender and receive. It's a gift of healing for conscious (and subconscious) elevation. If you feel called for a "slow down", this is your opportunity.

7:15 - Shannon from Denver Yoga Social will ease you into a gentle, 30-minute all levels Yin Class to ignite your passions and help you find a new perspective. We will focus on stress relief, breathwork and body release to create a sense of physical and mental spaciousness.

After Class:

• Stay for Tarot Card Readings, Intentsion setting, & a Mystical Market Place filled with more magic to bring on the essence of the New Moon.
• Stay after class for a chance to win exciting prizes in our raffle at 9 PM.

Because of the age of the mansion, we do not have an elevator. All guest rooms are located on the second floor, and the grand ballroom is located on the third floor. Please note that due to this, we are not always able to facilitate those with mobility challenges.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket. We will be getting comfortable for our soundbath!

• Water! Stay hydrated please.

• You may want to bring a journal and pen to document your experience, or to write down your intention.
