As you lie on your mat, the deep, resonant tones of gongs call to your soul, inviting you to release the weight of the outer world. The crystalline frequencies of singing bowls, pure and luminous, wash over you, clearing the mind and attuning your energy to a higher vibration. We will invite you to lay down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket on your yoga mat. You will experience a guided meditation to lead you into the hour-long candlelight Sacred Sound Bath.
At the conclusion of the soundbath, you will be gently invited back and led through a grounding exercise to leave you feeling well-balanced and connected to Mother Earth.

Meet your Practitioner: Trice Dorval
Trice is an intuitive and compassionate guide and the founder of Mera Sundhara Healing in Dallas, Georgia, where she brings ancient healing practices into the modern world through sacred geometry energy healing, and multi-instrument sound therapy to create therapeutic experiences that promote deep relaxation and healing through intentional sound frequencies, vibrations, and energy work. Trice has a gift and a true passion for helping others heal and find their light. Her powerful work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of ancient cultures that understood the profound impact of energy and vibration on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, wisdom that resonates with the very blueprint of the soul. Trice is a certified master sacred geometry energy healer; she also holds certifications as a vibrational sound therapist and sound bath practitioner.
Calling in Divine spirit, she taps into the soul energy, and while holding sacred space she is intuitively guided to what is needed to facilitate deep healing for each individual. Trice has also been a hands-on healer for over 20 years and comes from a long career of caring for others as an RN. Trice combines her clinical background with her training in energy healing, sound therapy, and sound bath with her intuitive understanding to guide others on their healing and wellness journeys. Trice is not merely a technician of wellness; she is a weaver of cosmic harmony, a channel for divine frequencies through sacred geometry energy, and vibrational sound healing.
