NEW MOON CANDLE LIT SOUND JOURNEY & GONG BATH - Southbourne

The perfect way to relax, unwind and refresh bringing new energy and clarity to your mind, body and soul.

Every sound journey & gong bath that i do is unique and different.

For this session we will be focusing upon the new moon, which is a perfect opportunity to set new intentions.

I use a large variety of specially tuned healing instruments and tools that can directly and positively affect mood, brain waves, the nervous system and body chemistry with fantastic results.

The sounds and vibrations stimulate the body to recreate it’s own harmonic frequency and help produce the alpha waves that are present within our brains whilst in a state of deep relaxation.

My sound journeys are also a great way to clean the atmosphere of any negative energy and emotional blockages.

They can help with issues such as sleep, stress, anxiety, depression, digestion, chakra realignment, energy flow restoration and a perfect opportunity to set new intentions or release any burdens you no longer wish to carry.

I use a variety of sound healing instruments collected from my travels around the world, along with some very special and powerful gongs, to create a completely immersive sound and vibration experience that will take you on a magical journey and leave you feeling fantastic and revitalised. Perfect for a great start to your weekend.

Come along, lay down in our warm, cosy, candle lit venue and treat yourself to some well deserved 'you time'.

*** Please arrive 5 minutes before we are due to begin. Once we start at 7.30pm the door has to be closed and locked to prevent any disturbances during our session. This is only fair to everyone already inside. Thank you) ***

You will need to bring with you:

Comfy clothing, a pillow or something nice and comfy to rest your head upon and some water to drink. We provide yoga mats, blankets and weighted eye masks.

Optional extras;

Please feel free to bring an extra yoga mat or blanket to lay on top of if you would like some extra comfort (we do supply yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own along too if you like). Anyone who is unable to lay at floor level is welcome to bring a folding recliner chair or similar. I also invite anyone to bring crystals along with them if they would like to.
