In the deepening darkness of October, this moon invites us inward - into the quiet, intuitive spaces where intentions are planted long before they take form. This is a moon of mystery, possibility, and becoming - a time to listen closely, trust what is stirring beneath the surface, and choose what you’re ready to call forward.

During this ceremonial New Moon Breathwork journey, you’ll be guided through a deeply grounding and restorative experience designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for clarity, intuition, and intention.

We’ll begin by grounding into the body and creating a sacred container for the journey ahead. Through intentional breath, stillness, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to move beneath the noise of the everyday and reconnect with the quieter voice within — the part of you that already knows what is ready to shift, what wants your attention, and what is waiting to emerge.

This experience is an invitation to loosen your grip on what comes next, become curious about the unknown, and rest for a moment in the liminal space between what has been and what is becoming.

To close, we’ll gather for a candlelit New Moon tea ritual and reflective journaling - sipping with intention as we listen inward, name what we’re ready to call in, and plant the seeds we want to carry into the coming lunar cycle.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply connected - carrying your intentions with you as you step back into the darker, quieter magic of the season.
