Begin by sipping Sandy’s aura-cleansing tea from Healthy Through Herbs. This tea supports energy purification, helps restore balance, and prepares your body and mind for a deep energetic reset.
🌿 Aura Stretch (15 min)
We’ll flow through gentle stretches designed to open the body and clear stagnant energy. Combining mindful movement with breath, you’ll feel your aura strengthen and your energy field expand with light, clarity, and ease.
🌿 Grounding Exercise
Connect deeply to the present moment, rooting your energy while centering your mind and body.
🌿 Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
Step into a restorative meditation journey accompanied by the harmonious tones of chakra singing bowls. This practice will:
