Join us for a moment to plant intentions as the autumn seeds are sown. This is a time to honor the shift in seasons as we enter fall. The fall equinox offers a time when daylight and darkness are equal. We will harness our internal light by drawing on the deep divine love which resides in all of us. It can be a challenge to practice self-love. We will serve as mirrors to reflect the love we intend to share with others, back to self. Come be in sacred sisterhood, and witness connection to self, community, and the cycles of the natural world.
The New Moon is an ideal time for intention setting and reflection as well as releasing anything we do not need to catapult us into our divine uncovering. This session will include journaling, discussion, mindful breath, yoga infused with somatic and energetic revival, guided meditation, and sound healing.
Come be in space with our sacred sisters, move, breathe, love, be still, cry, hoot, holler, and release.
