Bundle baby up and make good use of those postpartum hot flashes! Join me at Stephens Lake Park to practice getting out of the house, meet other moms in a similar season, and get some fresh air.We will walk slow and stop at every bench to change diapers or feed babies if we need to. :) The trail is paved, bring a stroller or baby carrier, or just come I'll hold your baby while you walk hands-free. Bring water, coffee, or any snacks you need. Older siblings welcome. Pregnant and postpartum moms in any season welcome. You do not need to be a doula client to participate. If you want to come, please do!
**We will meet near the splash pad and walk the smaller, inner, flat trail. We will not walk the large, hilly, outer trail.**
