The film "How to Make Drugs" has scientists explaining the limitations of animal models in medical research. It does NOT include distressing footage.

** Researcher from SAHMRI who uses organoids produced from human tissue to investigate neurological problems.
** Emma Hurst AJP MP from NSW, who has been bestowed the Lush Political Achievement Award for her work to help laboratory animals. She will describe her achievements and make it clear why we need an AJP MP in SA.
** Animal-free Science Advocacy will explain what's wrong with the current Code of Practice, and what we need to change when the Code comes up for review later this year. to improve animal protection.
