Join Olympic marathoner and yoga teacher Julie Isphording for an inspiring new member experience. This energizing Vinyasa flow class takes place in the light-filled Marek-Weaver Family Commons, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a stunning view of the museum grounds and the iconic Seasongood Pavilion.
Before the city stirs, you’ll move, breathe, and stretch in a space designed to ground and uplift you. After class on Sunday, keep the fun going—stroll through the galleries, grab brunch at the Terrace Café, or explore the Museum Shop.
It’s more than a yoga class. It’s a chance to experience strength, serenity, and a stunning view—with your body, your breath, your creativity, and your community.
