- Our beautiful Life Plan Community offers a picturesque setting on 48 acres along the stunning Lake Hunter, and the assurance of having a plan for life. We can help you meet life’s changing needs, with independent living, assisted living, nursing care, therapy and rehabilitation, pharmacy services and more, all on one campus.
A light breakfast will be provided by our host and sponsor, Westminster Lakeland.
