Hey new mama,Do you long for a chance to relax and recharge? You dream of a luxurious spa day, a massage, soft music, nice drinks and snacks, maybe even a magazine or two?
But then you realise, you have no one to look after the baby. Or even if you do, when you do have help you want to use the time to sleep! Or shower! Or maybe you just can’t imagine being able to leave your baby for hours on end, what would you do about feeds? Oh, it all seems like too much work already….
We have a solution! For the afternoon we turn our studio into a chill out zone, where you can relax with other mums and babies, knowing everyone will understand your new mum and baby needs.
Our baby friendly environment means that you don’t have to worry if your baby cries or needs a feed
Then at a point where baby is settled you can head up to our therapy rooms for a wonderful 20-minute treatment from one of our fully-qualified therapists. If you're with friends you might choose to leave your baby just downstairs with them, or they can come with you and hang out on a play-mat right next to you.
