Join us at Avalon every Monday morning August 11 - August 25 Mommy & Me Stroller Barre - a full-body workout made for moms, by moms, with your baby right there beside you.
Stick around for treats, real talk, and playgroup fun with other local moms. Motherhood takes a village... and we’ve saved you a spot.

About the Workout:
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! It is the perfect postpartum workout - giving you the chance to reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
✨ Perfect for any stage of motherhood:
✔️ New baby or not-so-new baby
✔️ New to town, to motherhood, or just looking for your new mom community
✔️ New to FIT4MOM or easing back into movement
✔️ All fitness levels welcome
After the workout, enjoy a playgroup and conversation with fellow moms in the same age and stage as you! The 60-minute class will begin promptly at 10:00am, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in!
