Join us for New Mama Monday, a FREE, stroller-friendly workout experience especially for moms with little ones. In one class, you’ll get a taste of our most-loved mommy + me programs - Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360 - all focused on helping you move your body, connect with your baby, and meet other moms who get it.
These classes are a total body workout, designed for stroller-aged kiddos and real-life motherhood. Expect movement, laughter, community, and plenty of grace.
💛 What to Bring:
• Water
• Towel or yoga mat
• Carrier if your babe likes to be snuggled, snacks/toys for kiddo(s)
• Your stroller
• Your SMILE (and any nerves—we’ll take those, too!)
