Designed for the Pole Newbie, we'll take you step-by-step through each Level 1 move breaking everything down to its simplest form. Absolutely no experience necessary. This is a 4-week course; each class is 75 minutes. You'll be with the same students for the duration of the course. If you need to miss a class, you can take a free weekly drop-in class as a make-up. Just let us know after your missed class (email/text us) and we will add a credit to your account so you can pick the make up class that works with your schedule. Two FREE open pole sessions (no instruction—work on what you’ve learned) are included! Take advantage of this free extra practice time!

ATTIRE: Shorts are best to allow skin grip to the pole. A form-fitting shirt or tank top. Bare feet or yoga (sticky-bottom) socks. Note: You can layer sweats & a hoodie until you warm up.
