Welcome to The NEW Lemon Pepper Poetry Slam! Join us on Friday, Sep 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM for our very first show at EJ's Eats and Drinks.
Every month, Lemon Pepper Poetry Slam fuses creativity and culture, with up to 10 spoken word poets competing for honor, bragging rights, and most important, CASH. Both slam regulars and rookies are encouraged to participate in this high-energy lyrical showdown, where you--the audience--decides who wins.
The night kicks off with a non-competitive open mic before diving into the main event, and includes exclusive audience games, prizes, special performances, and great food and drinks from EJ's. Leave your bongos and berets at home because this ain't your high school literature class. Lemon Pepper Poetry Slam is more than a poetry slam--it's an EXPERIENCE!
