This 8 week autumn term will assist us in moving from the summer heat of “Pitta” season to the cooler autumnal “Vata” season - Focussing on connection to the earth through smooth and steady poses, whilst keeping the fun and fluidity from summer.
With the opportunity of an 8 week course, we'll also be expanding our knowledge through the 8 limbs of yoga and how we can start in small ways to bring them into our everyday lives.
Everyone deserves a 90 minute break from the madness of a busy week to gently move, stretch and relax, so come and join our lovely class at Roxwell Memorial Hall every Tuesday. 💚
