An opportunity to try something new, get a restorative top up or just sit and be watch the therapists working, then decide which therapy you want to try. Shake off the winter blues, get off your devices and start connecting. We would love to meet you.
Drop in to the Snells Beach Community Centre, next to the library in Hamatana Rd, anytime between 12 to 3pm
- Come meet us and find out about your wellbeing options.
- Soak up the zen vibes while working on your breathing, self-care and rejuvenation
- Invest some valuable time in yourself to re-charged and restore.
-Enjoy the relaxing ambiance, let go of your stresses and try a free mini-session from one of our experienced practitioners to leave you feeling light, free and more balanced
Entrance is free (donations towards costs are always welcome!)
