New Family Dog is doing a special album release show. Nfd Nola sessions recorded in New Orleans coming out on Bent river records. The show will feature Dave Watts and the Mile high horns.

New Family Dog is Jon Blackdog’s Ridnell latest funk, jazz rock project. With he and his son Miles Ridnell on bass and vocals, they are performing various styles, including: funk, jazz, rock, blues, New Orlean's second-line, afro-beat, and many more. With one full length release Silverline, under their belt, their sophomore release will feature Dave Watts(Motet) on the drums. The band has grown in size to include a three-piece horn section.
