Step into a richly atmospheric dinner-theater experience inspired by historic New England foodways. Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared menu drawn from culinary traditions while costumed performers bring the past to life through music and storytelling.

Your Feast ticket includes two days of admission to all of Plimoth Patuxet’s historic sites. This is an immersive ticket that blends flavor, history, and performance into one unforgettable meal that will go down in your own personal history.

FIRST COURSE

  • A Sallet of Herbs - a 17th-century salad with watercress and chopped eggs
  • Mussels Seeth'd with Parsley and Beer
  • A Dish of Turkey, Sauc'd - roasted turkey with onion gravy, thickened with bread
  • A Pottage of Cabbage, Leeks & Onions - savory stewed cabbage
  • A Sweet Pudding of Native Corn

SECOND COURSE

  • Stew'd Pompion - stewed butternut squash flavored with butter and vinegar
  • A Chine of Pork, Roast'd - roast pork loin with a red wine sauce
  • Fricassee of Fish - fish roasted with onions and leeks
  • Cheesecake made with spice and dried fruit - ricotta cheesecake with currants
  • A Charger of Cheese & Fruit

What is the difference between the Thanksgiving Day Homestyle Buffet and "The Story of Thanksgiving" Dinner?

Both of these popular dining options are held in modern function rooms with linen and china. "The Story of Thanksgiving" Dinner offers a plated meal with elements of entertainment from Historical Performers. The Thanksgiving Day Homestyle Buffet is a delicious buffet with classic Thanksgiving food and does not include entertainment.

Where are the meals held?

The Thanksgiving Day Homestyle Buffet, "The Story of Thanksgiving" Dinner, and New England Harvest Feast are held in modern function rooms.

What is included with a ticket purchase?

In addition to the selected meal, the ticket price includes Museum admission, tax & service. Two-day Museum admission includes: the 17th-Century English Village, Historic Patuxet Homesite, Mayflower II, Plimoth Grist Mill, and Craft Center. (valid through November 30, 2025).

How is seating arranged?

All seating is assigned. All tables will be communal seating with a family-style meal. Special requests, such as wheelchair accommodations or high chair needs, can be accommodated with advanced notice. If you are coming with a group and have bought tickets separately, please email [email protected] so that we may seat members of your party together.

How do I request dietary accomodations?

While we may offer some dietary accommodations, we are not able to fulfill all requests during this busy time. To request a dietary accommodation, please email [email protected].

How should I dress?

We recommend business casual dress. If you will be visiting the Museum sites included with your ticket purchase (excluding walk-in buffet) we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable shoes.

What time should I arrive for my meal?

Please arrive at the stated start time for the meal you have reserved tickets to. This ensures you have the best experience and are able to enjoy all of the delicious Thanksgiving menu items. Please note that each meal ends at the stated end time.

Is public transportation available?

Public transportation on Thanksgiving Day, including rideshare services, are very limited/not available in the Town of Plymouth.
