Come meet our newest instructor, Angelina Pitini, while learning how to create popular Thai cuisine with authentic ingredients! In this class you'll learn how to create Pad Krapow Moo Krob/Crispy Pork Belly & Thai Fried Egg, and Pad-Ka-Na Moo-Krob/Chinese Broccoli & Pork Belly.
Watch as Angelina demonstrates the art of preparing crispy pork belly (Moo Krob) using a traditional Thai technique.
Then, get hands-on and learn how to stir-fry with Thai holy basil for an authentic Pad Krapow flavor, make a perfectly crispy Thai-style fried egg with a runny yolk, cook Chinese broccoli to the perfect texture, and how to make perfectly fluffy Jasmine rice!
Angelina Pitini was born and raised in Thailand to a Thai mother and a Sicilian father, both restaurateurs who instilled in her a deep passion for food from an early age. Growing up in her family’s restaurants, she spent her days immersed in the fast-paced energy of the kitchen, watching, learning, and eventually working alongside her parents from open to close. With no siblings, the kitchen became her second home, and cooking became second nature.
At 15, Angelina moved to the U.S. to complete her education, but food remained at the center of her life. She began working at Kuni’s Thai Cuisine, where she honed her understanding of traditional Thai flavors and techniques. Later, she joined the team at The Davenport, Spokane’s premier fine dining establishment, where she fell in love with the precision, creativity, and artistry of high-end cuisine.
