Join us for Creative Movement Meditation Class Launch!A creative movement meditation class combines the principles of meditation with expressive movement and creativity. In these classes, participants are guided through various mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing and body awareness, while engaging in new forms of movement and expression.
The class offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their bodies, emotions, and imagination through movement. It encourages self-expression, stress relief, and personal growth by integrating meditation practices with the freedom of movement. Additionally, these classes often provide a space for artistic exploration and emotional release, allowing participants to tap into their creativity and connect with their inner selves on a deeper level. The instructor will be mentoring throughout the class to achieve self-healing and self-worth.
About the Instructor:
Natalie Betancourt well known as Coach Kira, has over 40 years of experience in performing arts for both children and adults. Natalie has studied at several prestigious institutions, including the Winnipeg Ballet School in Canada, the National Academy of Ballet in New York, and the Mercedes De Leon Flamenco School of the Arts in Spain. Over the years, her intuition and spiritual gifts have flourished, enhancing her abilities as a life and spiritual coach. She is dedicated to assisting others in nurturing their body, mind, and spirit, guiding them towards holistic well-being and personal growth.
