💥 EXCITING NEWS 💥A BRAND NEW Friday lunchtime Pilates class is starting at Victoria Park❗️🧘🏼♀️
Since moving to our gorgeous new home at the Victoria Park Community Hub in Malvern, demand has absolutely exploded! What started as one fully booked class soon became two… and now those have filled as well, so I’m adding a third weekly class - Fridays at 12:15pm!
If you’ve been thinking about joining or adding in an additional session for real results, now’s the time to book your space!
🧘🏼♀️ Classes are pay-as-you-go, so you can try it out without commitment - and if you end up coming regularly (like most people do!), you can block book ahead and save.
🧘🏻♂️ Bookings are all managed easily online, so you’re in control of your own sessions.
🧘🏼♀️ The venue is surrounded by two free car parks, has toilets, a lovely café for post-class catch ups, and even heating and air-conditioning - perfect year-round comfort.
The class is suitable for complete beginners and improvers alike. I always demonstrate several options for each exercise so you can work at the right level for you.
You’ll need to bring:
▪︎ Your own mat (message me if you need advice on what to buy)
▪︎ A small towel
▪︎ A bottle of water
We work in either bare feet or socks.
