Movement with Estefanny — Tuesdays at 9:00 AMMeet Estefanny, our newest instructor, and kick off Movement—a fresh group class that blends:
• Mobility – move easier, feel better
• Flexibility – increase range of motion
• Strength – build a solid, resilient base
• Skill Development – learn new patterns and progressions
You’ll see advanced demos (think handstands and bar work), but this class is built for all levels. Beginners are 100% welcome. Every movement has modifications and progressions so you can train at your pace and grow week by week.
Who it’s for: Anyone who wants to move better, get stronger, and pick up new skills—no experience required.
