This 6 week Yoga FLow course is perfect for those who want to start yoga, return to yoga after a break, injury or illness, or for those who want to build confidence, establish a healthy yoga practice. No need to be flexible or strong to attend; just come as you are.
Courses are great way to create a new healthy habit, taking regular time for yourself. Establishing a regular Yoga Practice is great way to take care of your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Week by week you will experience first hand the many health benefits of practicing yoga.
Carving out a regular time to practice yoga can have a real positive affect on your everyday life.

Over the course we explore a variety of foundation yoga poses, both standing & floor including hip openers, twists, forward folds, balances, back bends (heart openers) & inversions. We also explore yoga philosophy & pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, commitment and ways to take yoga into your everyday life.
Worried about not being able to do certain poses!
No two bodies are the same! YOU will learn the safe alignment for YOUR BODY for each of the yoga pose. Together we will explore how to adapt yoga poses so they feel good for your body and for how feeling and are receptive to sensations you are experiencing on any given day. When if a certain yoga pose doesn't feel right, alternative poses are always provided, there is always something you can do.
Jules is a certified senior yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, co-founder of Space to Move & has 16 years teaching experience.
CLOTHING/PROPS: Comfortable clothing you can move in. Layers to help you cool down & or stay warm. Water bottle. Mats/props provided or bring your own.
