Come join us for a new 8 Week Intro to Pole Series starting January 18th- Sundays at 8:30 pm!This series is exactly what the name states: An INTRODUCTION to Pole Dance! Throughout this 8 week course, you will learn pole alongside a cohort of fellow pole-newbies!
You will be introduced to basics such as dancing in heels, expressing your sensuality, and yes, even climbing up the pole!
***No previous dance experience required***
Strength is not a pre-requisite for starting your pole journey, but you will be blown away at just how strong (and fierce) you become. Our incredible instructors will meet you where you’re at and build onto your pole repertoire each week with tricks, spins, and choreo!
Why pole? Pole dancing is not only an amazing workout, but it is playful, expressive, and FUN! Originating in the strip club, pole is a chance to fully embrace who are are and what your body is capable of!
