Terms and Conditions
1. Madame Fu will be running at a type D vaccination bubble, participants must have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and guests must scan “leave home safe” app. Failure to comply with the above regulations results in Madame Fu having the right to deny entry without compensation.
2. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and only valid on the date and time of the ticket.
3. Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours, close the event or any part thereof temporarily, or suspend the operation of individual elements for weather, safety, maintenance, or any other reason.
4. Consumption of food or drink purchased outside Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois are strictly prohibited
5. Visitors accept and agree that Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois may take and use your photographs or images for commercial purposes.
6. Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois reserves the right to deny admission, or to require removal from the event, without refund or compensation, for illegal, unsafe or offensive behaviour, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
7. In the event of disputes, Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of tickets.
