Never Stop London Trail Run - Welwyn North 16km

COVID-19 Guidelines - We will continue to follow some guidelines for a safe training environment:

• DO NOT ATTEND OUR SESSION if you feel unwell, have had any symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19
• If you do show any sign of Covid-19 symptoms within 7 days of attending our session, please contact the NSL Team asap
• You MUST have a ticket to attend

THIS MONTHS TRAIL RUN: WELWYN NORTH, 16KM

New year, new adventures, new trail routes to explore! For our first trail run of the year this January, we will head to Hertfordshire, Welwyn North. It will be a 16km loop with 280m total elevation, running at social fun pace. If COVID restrcitions allow, we will then head to the pub to refuel at the Cowper Arms pub (31 Station Rd, Digswell, AL6 0EA). We will know more nearer the time.

• MEET: 9:45am
• WHERE: Inside London Kings Cross Station, by Hotel Chocolat
• EXACT MEETING POINT: ///vibe.buddy.verge
• TRAIN DEPARTS: 9:58am to Welwyn North, arriving 10:30am
• TICKETS: Advance return tickets cost £6.30 with a Network Railcard / £6.30 with Group Save (based on 3-9 people travelling together) / £9.60 with no railcard

• DISTANCE: 16km loop, 280m elevation
• RUN START / END LOCATION: Welwyn North Station - ///groom.pure.cared
• TERRAIN: Wide open field paths and some single track

The session is FREE. This is a social run with regular stops.

IMPORTANT: The event is open to anyone. However, please make sure you are comfortable and confident running this distance and elevation on trails.

NO BAG DROP - Bring what you need for the run (Hydration, trail shoes, snacks, appropriate clothing for the run and change of clothing/packable jacket if you can carry extra items)
