Fulton Market Kitchen and Povos Chicago bring you a night where we may run out of wine, but Never Out of Shapes!Nathalie Gribinski weaves space and negative space into sentences and brings to life a cast of characters speaking in tongues of their own. What are they saying? Now that’s up to you.
“Shapes interact like oxygen bubbles, free from each other. Sensual curves form whimsical, childish characters, exploding into waves of light. They often sink into deep seas harmoniously. It is a dance, a choreography of the eternal - a carefree shape indeed, an essential tango of genuine joy. I created it because I do not want to die.”
Stop by FMK’s upstairs gallery to experience the intense lightness of Gribinski’s explorations with color and form, and find meaning where you may not expect it. Included with your ticket is a themed cocktail crafted by the FMK bar and a reservation at the restaurant downstairs. All work shown will be available for sale. Reserve now as capacity will be limited to twenty visitors per hour.
