Here is what we have drafted as a potential plan​:
Thursday, October 14 @5 PM: Potluck Appetizer Meet and Greet - Bring a favorite appetizer and beverage to share. Water will be provided. We are hoping for a volunteer to provide musical entertainment
Friday, October 15 @ 4pm: In the planning stage. Possible free day with fire ring story swapping at 6pm
Saturday: October 16 @ 5:30pm: Hosted Taco Bar with grilled chicken, grilled steak, grilled pork, vegetarian option available. Please send me a note if you want to choose this option
Rice & Beans, Chips, Cheese, Cilantro onion. Green Mild & Spicy Red salsa
Plates, Forks & Napkins will be provided.
