NeuroRelate Summer Party

Join us for a relaxed, welcoming Community Day designed with neurodivergent children, young people and their families in mind.

Taking place at Leavesden Community Hub from 1pm–4pm, this low-pressure afternoon offers calm activity zones, small-group taster sessions (max 10 per session), and a gentle live animal experience — all created to support a wide range of sensory and communication needs.

Families can explore crafts, Lego, movement activities, football tasters, creative sessions, and a staffed quiet space at their own pace.

To support an inclusive experience, we use a traffic light system on arrival so you can choose how much interaction feels comfortable — whether that’s happy to chat, prefer minimal interaction, or needing space. Observing is always welcome, and stimming, movement and breaks are respected.

We’ll also have sensory-friendly food options available in individual boxes(for a small donation), alongside a community bake sale.

This is a FREE community event. No ticket required.

Taster sessions are booked on the day to help keep numbers manageable and avoid overwhelm.
