This art was created by psychologist in Russia named Pavel Piskarev.
This type of art can be used several ways such as a fun relaxing art activity or it can be helpful with being mindful of feelings as you draw and enjoy learning another art form.
This form of art usually starts with one continuous line with swirls, loops and your own so called scribble. Once that line is done, you then use your non-dominant hand to make squiggle lines that cross over your main line to create new shapes. No line should be repeated. The next step is to round any sections that have sharp edges and corners. These are the new paths your brain is creating.
From this point you choose your art medium and color in the new rounded sections you've created . You can add things into the rounded sections for more detailing or shading.
