NeuroDynamic™ Group Breathwrok ONLINE

NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ is a type of circular breathing without any pauses that is a powerful and natural way to access deep layers of the subconscious mind. This can help to attain a cathartic release a sense of freedom and may even lead to expanded states of consciousness!

We will have a 25 min pre-talk that you MUST attend if you are going to breathe followed by a music sound check then by a 2 minute comfort and set up your space break (you might want to have earphones an eye mask or cover tissues a yoga mat or other place to recline blankets pillows and any other items of comfort). We will then begin with a demo short meditation and one full hour of music to breathe to. Afterwards you are invited to stay for a sharing circle.

There is NO recording available so all can feel safe doing this sacred work. You are NOT permitted to record any audio or video. Thank you for understanding and honoring your fellow journeyers!
