About the Workshop:2.5 hour training delivered face-to-face in Boorloo/ Perth CBD.
A practical training for team members and staff looking to increase their awareness of neurodivergence and take a more inclusive and informed approach to working within their diverse team, developed by trainers with relevant lived and professional experience.
Light Morning Tea will be provided.

- Explore Neuro-affirming language and theory
- Understanding best practice to support neurodivergent staff
- Break down stereotypes associated with neurodivergence
- Learning how to support disclosure and respond to access needs in professional settings
- Understanding strengths of neurodivergence
- Understanding the concepts of masking and unmasking in relation to neurodivergence
- Practical tools and tips to apply for staff and managers who work alongside neurodivergent folk
