Meraki Talent presents Neurodiversity in the Workplace, a practical breakfast session exploring how organisations can better understand, support and benefit from neurodivergent talent.
As awareness of ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions grows, employers are being challenged to rethink how they recruit, manage and support people with different ways of thinking and working.
This session brings together leaders from recruitment, law and specialist neurodiversity organisations to move the conversation beyond awareness and into action. The panel will share insight on the real challenges faced in the workplace, the value neurodivergent talent brings, and the practical steps organisations can take to create more inclusive and effective working environments.
