About this training
This CPD accredited practical, employer‑focused session builds confidence and capability to support neurodivergent colleagues through better communication, smarter adjustments, and inclusive workplace design. You’ll explore what neurodiversity is, how it may present at work, and what genuinely helps — with clear examples, activities, and real‑world case studies.
You’ll learn
- A clear understanding of neurodiversity and the business benefits of inclusion
- Insight into Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyspraxia and Autism and how these can show up at work
- Simple, realistic workplace adjustments you can implement immediately
- Tools for psychological safety, structured communication, and reducing sensory overwhelm
- Practical strategies for onboarding, feedback, transitions, routines, and performance support
- Confidence to champion neuro-inclusive practice across your organisation
Who should attend
Employers, line managers, supervisors, HR & L&D, EDI leads, team leaders, and workplace champions. (No prior knowledge required.)
Accessibility & adjustments
We want this training to be accessible, comfortable, and useful for everyone. We can provide:
- Slides/handouts in advance (PDF/large‑print on request)
- Clear, structured agendas and plain‑language materials
- Reduced sensory load where possible (e.g., no flashing visuals, moderated audio levels)
- Quiet space / brief movement breaks if needed
- Alternative communication options during activities (e.g., written responses)
- Closed captions / transcripts for any video used
- We will confirm step‑free routes and lift access in your joining instructions; please tell us if you have specific mobility needs so we can support you on arrival
