About this Event
Join us Feb. 9, 2026, and California State University, San Bernardino, at the Center for Global Innovation, as we uplift the voices of disabled and neurodivergent people in a scholarly and practical celebration of neurodiversity and disability studies. Open to practitioners, parents, self advocates, scholars, educators, providers and more, this is an event that is a great fit for all people, as we seek to understand and address the societal and institutional barriers faced by disabled people, while simultaneously elevating the lived experience of disabled and/or neurodivergent people in these critical conversations.
The day will include amazing features such as two world renowned disabilty studies speakers, a neurodivergent poetry reading, neurodivergent-made snacks and refreshments, and a custom-curated film screening of disability short films with a panel to follow. Please join us in this ground-breaking symposium, the first of its kind in the Inland Empire.
