Join us for a monthly resource sharing and support meeting for neurodivergent adults. Light refreshments will be supplied.

In July, we will create our own personalized manuals for navigating our unique neurodivergent brains and lives. The Personal Operations Manual (POM) is a DIY collection of tools that support your well-being. Everyone’s POM is different because we all have different strengths, barriers, interests, goals, needs, etc. The POM grows with you as your understanding of yourself expands. It is the place to collect the strategies that have worked for you so that you know where to find them again in the future when you need them.
