Neurodivergent Business Cruiser Day 4

The idea for the Business Cruiser came out of my own needs as a neurodivergent business owner.

I don’t need incubation. I’m already here, working. Growing.Accelerating and scaling sound great—but none of that is possible if my problematic behaviors are making it hard to achieve stability.

That’s why the goal of this program isn’t acceleration.It’s learning how to turn on the cruise control.

3:00 – Arrival + Check-In

Snacks, fidgets, space to land

Gentle grounding: “What systems are failing you right now?”

3:15 – Naming the Breakage

Open floor: What systems (internal or external) are breaking down?

Examples: scheduling, money, email, parenting, compliance, burnout

Capture themes on the board or wall

3:30 – Reframe + Resource Mapping

Break into small groups

Prompts:

Is this a behavior problem, or a system problem?

What have you already tried?

What supports have helped—even a little?

4:00 – Systems Swap Meet

Groups share tools, workarounds, or rituals

Name sacred systems you’ve made for yourself

(“I write tasks on my bathroom mirror. I pay invoices while pacing.”)

4:30 – Collective Inventory of What Works

Co-create a “Broken Systems Toolkit”

Add to the Discord or document to keep growing over time

4:50 – Final Wrap-Up
