Group Purpose- Our shared purpose is to support parents, caregivers, and friends of neurodivergent children. Membership is open to anyone who seeks connection and support. This group exists to provide hope, understanding, and practical help, never judgment and what is shared here, stays here. Every person has an equal voice, and no one is the authority; we learn from one another. Our mission is to share what has helped us and to support each other so that our children can thrive. We are not allied with outside causes, institutions, or businesses, and while we may share resources, we do not endorse or promote them. The group is sustained by the voluntary contributions of its members, keeping us free from outside funding and preserving our independence. Leadership is by service, not authority, with roles shared and rotated among us. We may create simple structures to help the group function, but we avoid rigid rules or hierarchies. The group remains neutral on outside issues such as politics, religion, though each member is free to hold personal opinions. We commit to respectful communication, sharing our stories with sensitivity and care for privacy. Anonymity and confidentiality are essential to our group. We practice humility, compassion, and kindness, remembering always that service to one another is at the heart of what we do.
